  I contacted Andes to repair a broken window in our garage, and also to fix some doors inside of our home that were getting stuck (tough to close, not latching... read more properly). All of this was the result of the previous home's owners doing bad DIY work, and us trying to make sure that we got things fixed the right way.

Andes responded immediately to our outreach, and promptly scheduled a visit to provide a work estimate. Their prices were right in line with other quotes that we received, but their responsiveness and professionalism set them apart, so we chose them to do the work. Again, they scheduled the repairs promptly and were transparent about the process all throughout.

On the day of the repairs, they showed up right on time, and finished all of the work on schedule. Esteban, the project lead, walked us through the details of what they were doing, told us what had been done wrong in the first place, and gave us recommendations on what (if anything) to do going forward. He was straightforward, communicated clearly, and even saved us a few bucks in service charges when it came time to pay the invoice. The work all appears to be high quality and ready to stand the test of time.

I would 100% work with them again, and am adding them to my list of "go to" vendors / tradespeople that we'll contact if we need any window or door work done in the future.

I found Esteban to be straight forward and extremely reasonable on his quote when compared to other window companies. He recommended that I go to his office to look at the products in the showroom, which I did the following week. Brenda (Office Manager) was easy to work with and answered all my questions related to their window product as well as the installation process. On the day of the installation, to my surprise the installation crew arrived 15 minutes early, which is a first in my experience in dealing with contractors. The entire crew introduced themselves and were extremely friendly and eager to get to work. They had a systematic way of going about the installation and completed my entire house much faster than I anticipated. I was quite pleased with the quality of work completed by Andes and would not hesitate to work with them again on another project. I would certainly recommend them to others looking for a windows installation company that's professional, price friendly and does excellent work.
